With the TD4, Tamiya is surprising  a brand new 1/10 R/C 4WD off-road buggy chassis. It uses a completely redesigned chassis construction and a stylish body made by Kota Nezu, who has worked on a number of popular Tamiya products.

About the model

• This is a 1/10 R/C kit.
• Length: 338mm, height: 124mm, width: 246mm. Wheelbase: 283mm.
• The eye-catching polycarbonate body (inspired by the Tamiya classic Avante) was designed by Japanese designer Kota Nezu of znug design.
• The redesigned, shaft-driven 4WD chassis based on the one-piece monocoque frame features the same front and rear ball differentials and features a longitudinal center battery position and a centrally positioned transverse motor for optimal balance and improved performance.
• The TD4 chassis also uses a front-inboard suspension layout that eliminates the need for a front shock brace and provides a sleek, low-profile shape.
• The four-wheel double wishbone suspension uses CVA oil pressure dampers for excellent performance.
• Equipped fully with ball bearings.
• Two deflection arms and a crank arm transfer the movement of the left servo to the three-part handlebar setup.
• Threaded tie rods for use with the upper arms make the camber angle adjustment easier.
• Star Dish wheels are paired with square studded tires that provide excellent off-road grip.
• Choose between high and low wing struts to adjust downforce depending on the road surface.
• Comes with a driver figure for added realism and a high torque servo saver.
