TAMIYA - top-class functional model making

The US M4 Sherman with 105mm howitzer was developed as a fire protection vehicle and equipped with a 9-cylinder 4-stroke radial engine. The engine was originally developed for use in aircraft and enabled a top speed of around 40 km/h. The 1:16 scale model is powered by 2 Type 380 electric motors. The motors are controlled independently of each other and thus allow the vehicle to turn on the spot. The scope of delivery includes the DMD control unit T-05 and the multifunctional module MF-02. The sound module reproduces all sounds; the engine sounds were recorded on a Continental R975-C4 9-cylinder engine. LEDs even simulate the muzzle flash and the recoil when the cannon is fired is also simulated.
