The Gorilla body for 190mm touring cars is the first FWD body from ZooRacing!

With the Gorilla we have realized our idea of what a high-performance FWD body should look like for this ever-growing and fun class.
The goal was to create a stylish yet efficient body. Aerodynamic advantages should be combined with a realistic look.
The design borrows from a popular Japanese hatchback model and its dimensions also fit into the existing FWD regulations.

Gorilla offers a futuristic and compact design, with a low roofline, wide wheel arches and a massive front splitter.
In order to achieve a healthy balance in the downforce, there is a large rear wing and an integrated roof spoiler at the rear.

The front comes with a realistic looking grill. The structured bonnet with beads and edges also contributes to the aggressive look.
The wide wheel arches with their air ducts not only provide an aerodynamic advantage, but also increase the overall stability of the body.
The body is rounded off by the rear wing holders integrated into the rear window.

The design of the body was designed to incorporate as many ZooRacing features as possible.
This body can also be moved forwards or backwards in position by a few millimeters in order to influence the setup of the vehicle and to be able to adapt the body to almost any FWD chassis.

The body is available in two variants:
LIGHTWEIGHT: 0.5mm thick - 55g weight without paint and stickers, including wings
REGULAR: 0.7mm thick - 85g weight without paint and stickers, incl. wing

A special feature of the ZooRacing bodies are the two-stage window decals.

With stage 1, the first step is to tape off the entire window and paint the entire body.
Then remove step 1 and stick the smaller step 2 into the window. This is how you can paint a perfect window frame!
Please note that if you have light paintwork, you should first put a white background on it - if you want to paint a dark window frame.

The technical data:
Scale: 1:10 touring car / FWD
Wheelbase: approx. 257mm
Width: approx. 190mm
Roof height: approx. 126mm (can be influenced by the cut)

The features:
- developed and shaped using CAD design
- special FWD design with balanced front / rear balance
- flat design for high top speed, low center of gravity and high cornering speeds
- Large wheel arches allow freedom of movement in the mounting position, even without contact with the tires
- Special structure in the rear area as an anti-tuck feature to prevent trapped bodies
- Wheel arches with integrated possible offset to the front or rear
- Anti-tuck stiffener also integrated in the side panels
- detailed decal sheet
- two-stage window sticker
- Bolts and nuts for the rear wing included

The body is delivered unpainted and not cut out.
Rear wing, a small decal sheet and window stickers are included.
Not a complete car, no wheels - these only serve to better illustrate the intended use.

Important NOTE:
The thinner the car bodies become, the more sensitive they are. This applies to production, storage, transport and, of course, use.
The bodies may have minor creases (particularly in the rear area).
Unfortunately, small creases and folds cannot always be prevented and we cannot really see them through the bag.
At this point: Form follows function - you won't win any beauty prizes with super thin bodies. But you're quick :-)

This particularly applies to the ULTRALIGHT version, which is only 0.5mm thick. There are always kinks here that are due to the sensitive material. The use of 0.5mm FWD bodies is therefore only an option for drivers who can live with these properties, for whom low durability is not a problem and who want to achieve maximum performance.
