The Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR R/C car kit first appeared in the Tamiya product catalog in 1998 on the popular TA-03R chassis platform and later on the easy-to-assemble TT-01E platform.

The CLK-GTR returns this time on our high-performance TC-01 chassis platform, designed to deliver the most performance yet by taking advantage of the sleek Mercedes body profile and low center of gravity of the TC-01. 01!

TC-01: This durable composite monocoque frame chassis features shaft-driven four-wheel drive from a central engine via front and rear propeller shafts with oil-filled gear differentials.

The 4-wheel independent double wishbone suspension features long arms and inboard designs front and rear with oil shock absorbers actuated by pushrods and rocker arms to allow the use of low profile bodies. Adjust the width of the spacer to easily change camber, slip and toe angle settings.

Both the suspension arms and posts are identical left, right, front and rear, allowing for more efficient maintenance and pit work.

• R/C model kit in 1:10 scale. Length: 470 mm, width: 194 mm. Wheelbase: 257 mm.
• The 1997 Mercedes-Benz CLK-GTR is reproduced from lightweight and durable polycarbonate.
• Separately molded white ABS plastic parts recreate the side mirrors and rear wing.
• Silver mesh wheels are combined with racing slick tires. (The rear wheels have a wide profile.)

• The rear horizontal position of the battery is also compatible with square battery packs measuring 139 x 47 x 25 mm.

ATTENTION LOW-PROFILE steering servo is required (Note: standard size servos cannot be used)
