A12X Features:
- New rear/side suspension system with side coil springs and independent center rear coil spring that do not interfere with each other. The vertical stiffness of the rear nacelle can be adjusted without affecting the lateral roll stiffness. The lateral roll stiffness of the rear nacelle can be adjusted without affecting the vertical stiffness.
- New battery plate - updated for the installation of different roll center sets and for the new side spring system.
- New steel chassis with integrated rear strut. The steel material provides a particularly low center of gravity and reduced width.
- New lightweight steering columns.
- New engine mount and left bulkhead with "keyed" mounting bolts to prevent slippage in the event of a crash.
- New rear shock absorber with "built-in" rear spring.
- New rear strut that works in conjunction with the new rear spring unit.
- New front suspension plate - updated for installation of different roll centers.
